الگوی ساختاری از توسعه شغلی مبتنی بر شایستگی حرفه‌ای و رفتارهای مبتنی بر تدریس خلاقانه

چکیده
هدف از اجرای پژوهش حاضر بررسی رابطه میان شایستگی حرفه ای با تدریس خلاقانه معلمان با نقش میانجی توسعه شغلی بود. روش تحقیق توصیفی-همبستگی بود. جامعه آماری پژوهش را مدارس دوره ابتدایی شهرستان تنکابن به تعداد264نفر تشکیل دادند. تعداد، 157نفر بر اساس فرمول کوکران و به روش نمونه گیری تصادفی طبقه ای نسبی به عنوان نمونه آماری انتخاب شدند.جهت گردآوری داده ها از پرسشنامه های استاندارد تدریس خلاقانه (Jiang et al,2016)، شایستگی حرفه ای( Mollaeenezhad,2012) و توسعه شغلی ( Kong et al,2011)استفاده شد.روایی ابزار پژوهش توسط تحلیل عاملی تاییدی و پایایی ابزار پژوهش توسط ضریب آلفای کرونباخ مورد تأیید قرار گرفت.به منظور تحلیل داده ها از تکنیک معادلات ساختاری با استفاده از نرم افزار آماری Smart PLS و Spss استفاده شد.یافته‌های پژوهش نشان داد که میان شایستگی حرفه ای با توسعه شغلی و تدریس خلاقانه رابطه مثبت ومعناداری وجود دارد. میان توسعه شغلی با تدریس خلاقانه رابطه مثبت و معناداری وجود دارد.نتایج پژوهش نیز نشان داد که توسعه شغلی در رابطه میان شایستگی حرفه ای با تدریس خلاقانه معلمان نقش میانجی دارد.
