Abstract
Desirable governance in cyberspace as one of the key components of Sustainable Development has profound effects on various social, economic and political dimensions. The open governance approach in the international arena by countries is the dominant approach, a combination of both and based on the system of issues of societies affects their cyber governance practices; therefore, the optimal model of digital governance is flexible governance and based on the system of issues that should be adopted by countries in the domestic and international arena. Sustainable governance can be seen as a model for overcoming the shortcomings of good governance, which is formed by combining the paradigm of development as a software and good governance as a solution for the operationalization of governance. In this article, we will study the legal approaches of desirable governance in cyberspace based on sustainable development with an analytical descriptive look and the documentation and library method.
